Components.
• 1 watt rated carbon film, 1 watt & 2 watt new old stock Allen Bradley carbon composition and Ohmite wirewound resistors.
• Mallory and Audience Auricaps axial coupling capacitors.
• J&J, F&T, Rifa and Sprague electrolytic capacitors.
• New old stock American or European 6CA4/EZ81 rectifier tubes.
• J&J EL84 power tubes are standard. New old stock power tubes are available by special order.
• J&J and/or Electro Harmonix 12AX7 preamp tubes are standard. New old stock preamp tubes are available by special order.
• We use new old stock tube sockets because they are of superior quality compared to sockets currently being manufactured. Power and rectifier tube sockets are ceramic composition and include a tube retainer. Preamp tube sockets are phenolic composition with a shielded base.

Transformers
• The heart of a Bacino amplifier and arguably the single most influential component of the amplifier is the output transformer. Ours are electronically and dimensionally identical to the Radio Spares originals; down to the top-mounted solder lugs where the speaker is hard-wired directly to the output transformer just like the transformer it was blueprinted from. We will install a speaker jack if desired.
• Our power transformer is a two-bolt mount, “lay down” type, open faced with solder lugs. It is complete with internal metal reinforcing bracket and zinc end bell cover. It has the same footprint of the original and is an exact drop-in replacement except that it is designed to operate at 120 volts. We will custom wind power transformers for use with other line voltages for a nominal charge.

Build Quality
• One piece, open-ended aluminum chassis is an exact replica. Aluminum is non magnetic and has superior shielding properties over steel. It is also much lighter in weight without sacrificing rigidity.
• Bacino amplifiers are built on 1/8” phenolic turret boards. They are cut, drilled and staked in house then assembled one at a time by hand utilizing the exact layout and lead dress of the original amplifier.

Cabinets
• The early style double vent cabinet of the Bacino amp is a work of art on it’s own. Finger jointed, Baltic birch construction, exquisitely finished in your choice of six standard colors.
• Your choice of salt & pepper or pinstripe grille cloth and either gold or white piping.
• Vox style brass vents and gold accent on handle end covers perfectly compliment the gold plexi control panel.
• Later style, single vent cabinet or non-historically correct “series one” cabinet is available by special order for no extra charge.

Speakers
• Celestion speakers are standard in Bacino amplifiers with 10” or 12” speakers. V10’s in the 2x10, G12H’s in the 1x12 and G12M Greenbacks are standard in the 2x12. Of course we will mix and match or install your favorites. Weber, Tone Tubby, Jensen, Fanes, etc.

Miscellaneous
• Gold plexi control panel is a dead ringer for the original. Reverse screened, identical lettering and spacing.
• Tremolo footswitch is included and hardwired to the amplifier. A footswitch jack can be installed if desired.
